With 4.5 bathrooms, a private 2-car garage, and 4 TVs with a 65" TV in the living room, every aspect of comfort and entertainment is catered to. The fenced-in backyard presents a private oasis with a sparkling pool (optional heating available), inviting patio furniture, and the convenience of off-street parking. Pet-friendly accommodations can be arranged with approval from the manager, ensuring a delightful stay for your furry friends. Free WiFi allows you to work from home if needed. The guest will have access to the entire home, (main area excluding cabana) and pool area. This is a private vacation rental with only the guest staying there.

Other Things to Note:
*Pool Heat is an additional charge per night. This heat is what heats both the pool and hot tub. All nights rented must get heat if you decide on this add on. Due to noise and neighborhood, the heater will be set to run from 8am to 10pm. If temperatures outside get under 65 degrees, the pool heater will take 5x longer to heat. We hope for warm weather, but cannot predict what it will be like during your stay. Sorry, no refunds for cold weather. We will have the heater turned on prior to your stay if you do choose to get this add on. The cost is $60/day. If you decide to purchase the pool heat when you are already in the property the cost is $100/day.
**This rental is pet friendly but that is limited to 2 pets per stay. NFVH has the right to question breed and size, as well as charge a penalty if a mess is left.
