Our home sits on 3+ acres. The Great Room has a stone fireplace and magnificent vaulted ceilings. Sliding doors lead directly out to our patio, complete with outdoor dining table, lounge area overlooking the heated pool, hot tub, outdoor grill and fire pit. The downstairs master suite consists of a king bed with separate sofa and seating area, a huge walk-in closet, and a bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower, double vanity and dressing table area. Master also has a sun room with daybed that leads out to the Yard and Pool. The Music Room, Dining Room and Gourmet Kitchen complete the ground floor. Upstairs comprises three bedrooms (1 King / 2 Queen) a full bathroom and additional lounge area.
There is a three car detached garage with multiple bikes and scooters for our guests of all ages to enjoy.
The house was renovated throughout in mid-2021, has high speed internet and is wired for Sonos.
Great location close to nearby farmstands, wineries, and and a short walk to nearby bay beaches. Southold is minutes away, with Greenport also very close by. Perfect for an escape with the family or friends.
