This 6 Queen bedroom, 4.5 bath beach house with private beach on the South Shore of Nantucket (Madequecham Valley) provides maximum privacy in an area surrounded by open and protected land. Recently, added a new basement--2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, large Living room area and laundry room.
The spacious, light-filled, open floor plan hosts a modern, fully-stocked kitchen, living room, and dining room with fantastic views of the ocean. The dining room, with a new pine farmhouse dining table and new chairs, opens to a very large, open deck overlooking the ocean, with two outdoor dining areas (one seats 10, the other seats 4), sitting areas, and a hammock. Living room has a Satellite TV. Kitchen has a new (Aug. 2020) gas range and is fully-stocked including new kitchen tools, new cutting boards, new glasses, new flatware, new steak knives, and new dinnerware.
All 6 bedrooms have Queen beds with new, organic mattresses, new linens, and new duvet covers. Master bedroom suite on the 2nd floor has a private bathroom and large office area, plus two private decks offering sweeping views of the ocean, moors, sunrise, and sunset. One bedroom opens to large front deck overlooking the ocean. One of the full bathrooms has a bathtub. It's on the main level. The other three full bathrooms have showers. Three out of the four full bathrooms and also the half bathroom all have Carrera marble tile floors and vanity top.
Outdoor shower. Weber charcoal grills. Linens, beach towels provided. Tenants may use owner's beach umbrellas, deck umbrella, boogie boards, paddleboards if careful.
