The unit has a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, mugs, and glasses. It does not have a stove or oven and is not intended for full cooking.
There is no daily housekeeping, so we kindly ask for your help in preserving Hawaii’s environment. Please reuse towels by hanging them to dry and limit toiletry waste.
Laundry facilities are available at the end of each floor, and paper towels or other items can be purchased at nearby convenience stores.
PENALTY & GUIDELINES:
1. Please be aware that it’s a non-smoking unit. If smoking occurs, the guest will be charged $500 for professional cleaning and deodorizing of walls, upholstery, drapes, and linens.
2. Hair dyeing is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Violation of this rule will result in a mandatory penalty replacement fee cost of $500 to cover any damages and or cleaning costs.
3. Check-out is at 10AM. Any late check-out will be charged the equivalent of a 1 night stay.
