Summary: Had a chance to stay here for a quick work trip. The property was old and a bit run down. Overall our check-in process was smooth, the staff was really nice. However, we did have a few hiccups which did hurt our stay. Entire time we were there we did not have access to warm water despite asking the staff multiple times, finally at the time we were ready to check out. I spotted a staff member in the hallway who I brought up this issue to, he came in and checked. All he said was, oh I think the hot water is broken and cant be fixed right now. Prior to that, I asked for towels and even that never showed up. Once again I had to go down in the hallway and try finding room service to ask for help. Overall, it is a liveable place but will never be returning.
