This pet friendly home features a great room with vaulted ceilings overlooking the water plus large screen TV, a whirlpool tub in the master bath, a brand new dock with floater and new decking. It is the perfect place for swimming and jet skiing! Enjoy the amazing dock for dining, entertaining or just reading a book. From the moment you step into the house you will be delighted by the great layout, wide water views and private feel. The main level has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed with its own master bath plus TV and the second bedroom has a queen size bed plus TV. The kitchen and dining room area overlook wide water views of the main channel! In the spacious lower level there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out to enjoy the family room with wet bar and large flat screen TV plus there are 2 bedrooms downstairs; one with a queen plus TV and the other has 2 twins. They share a large full bathroom. This home is on the main channel and boasts wide water views, so you have several wonderful choices to take in those views...the brand new spacious dock with guest friendly dock house including small fridge and microwave or hang out on one of the spacious back decks. The owner is providing 2 kayaks and 1 paddleboard for guests to use, as well! It really doesn't matter where you are in this home because you are going to love it all!
