This updated 3 bedroom 2 full bath cottage is located just a short 1/10 mile walk from the scenic, tree-shrouded swimming beach, where children will enjoy playing in the water and guests can launch a kayak or small canoe. The driveway leads up to a spacious wood deck and partially fenced yard. Well-furnished for enjoying the sun or an outdoor meal, this area is perfect for families of all ages. There is an outdoor fire-pit to gather around while star gazing and an old fashion wooden swing for the children to play. The exterior French doors lead into a bright and airy kitchen, which includes a dishwasher. The open floor plan includes a dining area and family room with vaulted ceilings and skylight to allow for plenty of natural light. A comfortable sofa and two wicker chairs are provided for lounging, and a beautiful gas fireplace promises cozy evenings after a long day at the beach. Located off the living room are two bedrooms, both with queen beds. The Master bedroom features an ensuite full bath, private office space as well as a private deck to enjoy a morning coffee or some evening wine. The second full bath features a washer and dryer.
