Very quiet, relaxing and beautiful neighborhood. 10 minute drive to Redding and close to Jones Valley Resort for Shasta Lake boating. Sleeps 14 people (price per night is for up to 9 guests, additional guests will be $25/per person, per night), 11 separate beds. 3 televisions in different areas to enjoy Dish Network & movies.
