Sunset Cottage and its unique bungalow, sits on the bluff with panoramic views of Little Traverse Bay. The sunsets are breathtaking. The house is completely renovated with all new appliances, quartz countertops, and is centrally located. You can walk to town, Bay Front Park and the Marina and all shopping is minutes away.
There's a large yard with a badminton net and a fire pit with chairs. There are two adult bikes and one Child bike available for use. (no helmets)
For fall and winter guests, Nubs Nob, Boyne Highlands and Boyne Mountain are nearby for fall color tours, great skiing and fun winter activities.
We think there's nothing worse than getting to your rental and finding the beds are sub-par. All of our beds are super high-quality with down pillows and quilts and high end linens.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all types of pots, pans, baking dishes and spices, and fresh herbs on the deck in the summer. There are two sets of dishes, and there is also a gas barbecue.
For families with kids, we have two dish sets and two booster seats.
The Bungalow is rented with the cottage as a package from Memorial weekend through October, and from November until the end of May they can be booked separately. 30 day minimum rental period. We have been forced to move to monthly rentals because of new city laws regarding short term rentals. We normally charged $875 per night, but are reducing it to $450 per night for a 30 day rental period.
