Nestled in one of Houston's friendliest, safest, most walkable neighbourhoods, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom beautifully maintained bungalow comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Fully renovated, you will find high end appliances and furnishings throughout. Enjoy ample outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing while soaking in the Houston weather. Find everything you need within walking distance - local cafes, parks, dining, and shops - while also being under 10 minutes from downtown!
The space
We have a beautifully restored and renovated bungalow located in the prestigious Norhill Heights neighborhood. It has three spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One bathroom has a dual shower head walk-in steam shower and the other has a lovely clawfoot tub/shower combo depending on your preference.
There is a covered deck on the front and back of the house - the front boasting a swing chair and lounge chairs while the back deck has a dining table and chairs. There are also full length sun loungers in the grass and a multi-seat area to the side of the backyard. There is truly something for everyone!
We have a modern, updated kitchen with high end stove, double oven and oversized fridge. There is also a Bosch dishwasher and a microwave. Coffee maker, grinder and kettle are also included, as well as an array of pots, pans and cooking utensils.
There is a king, queen and full bed along with a queen air mattress available. This can be set up in the living room, king or full bedrooms at extra charge.
There is air conditioning, water purification, full size washer/dryer, WiFi internet, Apple TV and streaming services available.
Walkability is also a huge draw to this property. Norhill park is located at the end of the street and is popular with families and local dog walkers.
