Summary: The hotel is an extended care for people that is in need of housing. The people that stay there are people that looks like they are on drugs and homeless. I rented two rooms. One was good. The rooms were decent as being clean. The 1st room they gave me it had no heat and no toilet tissue in the room. I called to request if someone can come up to the room to try and get the heat on, no one came. I went downstairs to the desk to find out the problem. Upon standing at the desk for about 15 minutes while the night manager was on the phone, ignoring my presence, I tapped on the window to ask if I can get some assistance. He told me he was on the phone. I just asked if I can another room. He gives me a room on the other side of the 4th fl where the extended people rooms stayed. I got no sleep. These people stayed up all night. Running thru the hallway and talking loud. They do have roaches. One was in my room, I killed it. The breakfast was not good. People were grabbing muffins with thier uncleanly hands. The day time manager was nice. Hotels.com should remove this hotel off thier list or list it right as an extended stay hotel. I will never stay there again or suggest anyone to stay at this hotel. I am from out of town and I was looking for a hotel close to the an event I was invited to for a day. I survived the stay.
