Summary: This place is rustic, but has potential. No communication from host as to how to get in. I tried emailing the host via VRBO, calling, and texting. After texting I got the code to get in and the wifi. You have to have your own water to drink and cook with. It is well water without a filter for getting useable water. The well water has a potent smell and taste of iron. There aren't any curtains in the back of the house and the roll up curtains in one of the bedrooms aren't great. The furniture is old, stained and uncomfortable. The beds were comfortable and the linen was white and new. The gazebo was an added bonus along with the deck in front that is as long as the house. There is a huge fire pit that you can grill on, and a little sandy spot to wade in the water. The kitchen area and bathroom sinks are updated and that's about it. There is a big yard for games.
