When it comes to outdoor living and entertainment, you will discover an extensive backyard with a fenced pool area featuring a sparkling outdoor pool where you can spend your days cooling down with your loved ones. Right next to the pool is a BBQ area with two picnic tables and a gas grill, offering the perfect setting for summertime cookouts. The covered patio overlooks the pool and provides a wonderful spot to unwind, dine alfresco, and keep an eye on the kids as they enjoy the pool.
The ground floor boasts a beautifully appointed open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Unwind in the welcoming living room, featuring gorgeous sofas in front of a wood-burning fireplace and a large smart TV with streaming services to keep you entertained. The chef of the group will have a blast preparing culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed open kitchen, complete with modern appliances.
