One of the few properties in the area with an expansive lawn, you’ll be spending your time a few steps away from your own private sand and pea gravel beach. This beautiful 3bedroom 3 bathroom home was recently renovated with lots of thoughtful updates to make it comfortable for a week on the shore. With its relaxed, coastal vibe and sweeping ocean views, we hope you will find it relaxing and inviting. Off a large entry hallway on the first floor, a queen-sized suite with a large living room and adjacent bath looks out over the patio and down to the beach.
The second floor features a large, open concept living space. A sizable living room gives expansive views of the bay, and a fully - equipped kitchen opens to a large dining area. The living and dining spaces open into a queen bedroom and bath on one end, and a king suite with walk-in closet and bath on the other. There is also a dedicated separate laundry space with full-sized stackable washer and dryer.
Bring your paddle board, kayak, and snorkel, as your direct beach access allows you to launch right into the calm waters of the bay. Watch the seals, osprey, and eagles from the seating areas on the patio, from the living room couches and balcony, or while lying in bed. The property faces southwest, and sunsets are equally beautiful from almost every room in the house.
