Summary: This was our first experience with Hampton Inn. We came here because Hampton Inn was highly recommended by close friends. This was an exceptionally disappointing experience, and it is doubtful that we will try Hampton again. In general, this property is in disrepair and is in need of being refurbished. Both elevators were out of service, which made getting to the room with our luggage and belongings difficult. However, the desk staff provided assistance to get us into the room and out of the room at our departure.
Carpets are buckling in the hallways and the room. Furniture is in need of repair; door handles on the furniture, and attachment of the bedside table to the wall. There was no blackout curtain in the room, and this was reported in my initial survey about check-in. We had a service man come promptly the next day, but he did not seem to know the problems that I had identified in that survey. He was unable to do anything about the blackout curtain, and told us that we should’ve been informed by the desk staff that it was not in place when we checked in. Although the staff at the desk did not inform us, it would seem that this is an easy repair that should’ve been done to the room at some point prior to putting guests in it.
The bathroom was clean, the shower worked well, and the towels were new and of good quality. However, we ran out of the bath gel before we both got showers on our third morning.
Overall, this hotel fell far below our expectations for a Hilton

Summary: Got a message stepping off airplane that their elevator was out but that I was on 2nd floor. So not far to walk. Was still 2 flights of stairs. Found out it had been out since September. Someone from. The hotel or hotel.com should have told us so we could cancel and rebook somewhere else before my deadline to cancel and not wait til I am on the way!!!Should have offered to give part of money already paid back for the trouble. We are both in our 70’s and my husband still recovering from Achilles surgery.

Summary: Facility is old and has had little to no maintenance. The entrance was nice. Once past the entrance then you see everything has been neglected. Elevators didn't work. Pool could've been much cleaner. Toilet in one of our rooms was refilling the tank from an internal leak continuously. Doors to areas away from entrance were hard to open. You had to force them. Not typical Hampton Inn quality.

Summary: Friendly service, good location but hotel needs building maintenance and the construction noise outside starts at 7am. I would wait to go back until the remodeling and construction is done. Late check-in due to room not ready until after 5pm. Elevators not working. Intense smell of bleach and obvious water damage and plumbing issues.

Summary: Jamal did an outstanding job checking us in. Eugene was very friendly and helpful to; he took the time to talk to us about nice local restaurants. We really appreciate the wonderfully kind, warm and friendly staff. The cookies and coffee were great too! Thanks!
