East Park Retreat Main + Carriage
Located just a few blocks away from infamous Forsth Park, East Park Retreat Main + Carriage House presents a unique opportunity to have close access to one of Savannah's historic landmarks. As one of our larger Savannah vacation rentals, the property offers space for 10 guests over 2,816 square feet, which includes the main house and carriage house. In total the property boasts four total bedrooms, with three and a half bathrooms. The main house has most of the space, which includes a gourmet kitchen, dining room with seating for six, a living room, separate den, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half bathroom, and a washer and dryer. One bedroom has a queen bed with en suite bathroom, the second room has a king bed, and the third has a queen. An air mattress is available for use in the common spaces. The main house and carriage house are connected by an outdoor deck and brick courtyard with gas grill. In the carriage house, you'll find a living room with flatscreen TV, full kitchen, queen bedroom, full bathroom with tub and shower combo, and a washer and dryer.

Nearly everywhere in downtown Savannah is walkable, but you can also take the Old Town Trolley or the Chatham Area Transit. At the north end of Savannah, you'll find River Street, the Colonial Park Cemetery, the famous shopping area on Broughton Street and several parks and squares. Just to the south of Forsyth Park, you'll find the Savannah Victorian Historic District as well as St. Paul's Greek Orthodox Church. Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.
