Positive: The pricing for the days we booked was great. The host provided items we weren't expecting that were appreciated. The communication from the host prior to us arriving was timely and thorough. The villa was quiet and that was great. We also liked having cable TV for the time we spent inside when it was raining. Also, the air conditioner worked great throughout the unit and all ceiling fans worked since it was very hot outside.

Negative: We felt the cleanliness of the unit could have been better. Air flow vents and ceiling fans were caked in dust. We kept finding hair in places (showers, towels and wash cloths provided, bedding). The doorway leading to the primary bathroom is very narrow and so that was tricky for a member of our family to get through. Additionally, the bed in the primary bedroom was advertised as a queen but it looked and felt more like a full size. It was very narrow for a queen. We ended up leaving a day early due to not being able to comfortably sleep in that bed.
