Built in 2023, Kimono Cottage is nestled amongst 4 cottages at our cottage court community called The Village on the Bluff. Kimono offers lots of sunny windows and a vaulted ceiling - so even though she is tiny, Kimono lives large!
Enjoy the quiet and convenience Thunderbolt offers - we are 5 minutes to SAV and 15 minutes to the beach. Take a walk down River Drive in the evening to grab a drink or bite at one of a few local restaurants.
The space
The Studio Cottage has everything you need in a compact but (somehow) luxurious 336 sf. including:
-Hybrid Sealy Queen Bed (you and your boo will not move in the night if the other moves)
-Dedicated Workspace / Dining Table
-Kitchenette with 2 burner range, refrigerator, full sink, and microwave

This is your own space. The courtyard is shared. Your parking space is about 25' away.
Other things to note
Our team members are on site most days. Our landscapers come Tuesdays. Our maintenance team comes Monday afternoons after 3 PM and Tuesday mornings (after 10:30) to clean filters every other week. They will always knock and announce themselves before entering.
