"Balsam B" is located just 100 yards from Kezar Lake's crystal beaches and vast view of a picturesque mountain range (The White Mountains). When renting Balsam B you will have access to all of the following: two beaches, floating docks, clay tennis court, and fishing options.
This is a studio cottage and features a full bath, loft area, screened in porch, and rustic design. The kitchenette is equipped with a table top griddle, toaster, microwave, coffee pot – there is not however a sink in the kitchenette. It should also be noted that there is a full sized refrigerator, plenty of food storage space, modest dinner wear and a grill to ensure you can complete any meal of your choosing while relaxing in your home away from home.
