Guest access
The guest have access to the entire home and backyard with the exception of a couple storage closets for supplies. There is also a community pool, tennis court and playground that guests have access to based on the season (pool) and the community hours.
Other things to note
POOL: The pool will be open through September 30, 2023. During your stay you will have access to the pool during the pool hours of 10am-9pm. If the pool card is lost or not returned, a replacement fee of $50 will be charged.
GRILL: You are free to utilize the grill available but please be advised there is a cleaning charge of $45 if not cleaned upon checkout.
CAMERAS: There are 2 Security Cameras (facing out) on the front and rear doors along with a doorbell cameras for additional safety. Also, the property is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
Late Checkout after 11am - $25 per hour for first 4 hours, $100 per hour after 3pm. You are welcome to request early or late checkout ahead of time without charge, and we can check with our guest schedule to accommodate accordingly.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
