- There is an optional pool heat fee of $150/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). Please be aware that the pool takes 24 hours to properly heat
- The pool company regularly maintains the pool and will be at the property every Thursday. They will only access the pool area
- The basement runs on a septic tank

This property features 4 exterior security: camera 1 is on the main entrance facing the driveway, camera 2 is on the porch facing the exterior entryway, camera 3 is on the back of the house facing the backyard/deck, and camera 4 is on the side of the house facing the exterior back entry.
