Outdoor space features 2400 sqft patio right off the living room with garage door. The entire building is 1 level with no stairs. 20' dining table seats 28 ppl.
The space
This brand new space was designed by Havinn Designs especially for guests.
Featuring a large game room with ping pong , corn hole, giant Jenga and other games. Full size pickle ball court outside .
The kitchen features a grand 18' island with seating for 14 people and concrete countertops, 2 dishwashers , a 60" Viking induction cooktop range with 2 full size ovens.
The living area features a 75" Roku Smart TV with 2 Oversize ouches and 4 chairs around an impressive birch coffee table made custom for the space.
The unique rear patio is a large level area 30'x80' across the back of the building with string lighting and a 12' garage door that opens to the living area. Offering a gas grill and outdoor seating .
Large laundry room with full size front load washer dryer with steam wash and dry.
Bathrooms feature spa like vanities and full feature showers with 3 shower attachments : Huge ceiling mount rain head fixtures, Regular shower head and hand held sprayer.
Other things to note:
The pricing is based on a sliding scale based on the number of people staying as more resources are used with more people and that is the reason for the additional per person fee .
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment and / or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in or we will be cancelled immediately at whatever stage it is at . Please be honest .
NO UNAPPROVED PARTIES OR EVENTS.
$350 fine for moving furniture and not putting it back as it was found. $150 fine for not putting all trash outside in the trash container .
IF YOU BOOK AND TRY AND LIE ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE DOING In the space you will be made to leave at whatever means necessary including police . Deposit will be taken and fine of $1500.
There is a parking area big enough for 10 cars.
Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. The home is professionally sanitized in between guests. We only use washable comforters/blankets on our beds.
