Located in South Mission Beach, San Diego, Enjoy this 2 bedroom 2-bathroom First floor 732 Beach House! Primary bedroom has a Queen bed & full ensuite bathroom, guest room has two twin beds. The bedrooms have TVs and large closets and fans in every room. There is an additional full bathroom across the hall. There is a spacious living room with a SmartTV and comfortable couches, one is a pull out bed! Our newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked, enjoy home cooked meals at the spacious 6-person dining table. There is a large sunlit front patio as well with a BBQ and outdoor dining area which can seat up to 8 people :) It is shared with the upstairs unit. Property is situated at the end of the peninsula, surrounded by water, just steps from the beach/boardwalk (only 4 houses in!) and just across the street from the pristine and peaceful bay. Belmont Park only a 10-min walk along the boardwalk where you'll find bars, restaurants, cafes, markets, rental shops & shopping!
