Summary: Stayed in a room facing the golf course/mountains and it was clean and perfect size. The listing pictures don’t do the room justice. King bed was so comfortable, central a/c, good sized mini fridge, coffee maker with coffee, tea, & creamers provided. Kitchen sink and dishes all provided. Has a couch and table and the bathroom was a good size, despite the counter space being a little lacking. Full sized mirror and lots of hangers for your clothes and an in room safe. The property is beautiful and has something for everyone. Lots of activities for kids and adults, good workout facilities and a little (overpriced) store with coffee and pastries and any forgotten items you may need to buy in a pinch. Quick highway access and just down the street from an ABC store and other restaurants and retail stores. The lounge chairs were great for sunbathing or you can rent some shaded ones. Frozen drinks and clean beach towels were endless. The lagoon was nice and calm and refreshing. The pools were great too. This was our first time at this property so I didn’t know what to expect for check in and it wasn’t explained to me until I asked, but it’s like a regular hotel check in and cleaning service. I did have to contact the cleaning crew after 4 days because they hadn’t come like we were told, but they were very prompt in coming to refresh the linens and coffee when asked. Everything is through text messaging, but they are pretty prompt in answering any questions.
