Who said you can't be in the jungle and the city at the same time? As seen in PaperCity Magazine This Tulum inspired 3 bed, 3.5 bath luxury townhome is conveniently located in the East downtown/East River area but is designed to give guests a feeling of being immersed in the jungle. Whether you are coming to Houston for business or pleasure, this smart home is equipped with everything you need. It sleeps 14 guests and features amenities such as complimentary Nespresso Italian Coffee, an outdoor grill, fireplace, and hot tub.
You will have access to the entire townhome during your stay. The enclosed garage fits two full-sized vehicles, and the driveway can fit two more vehicles. There is additional free street parking in front of the home.
The downstairs area has a large open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The chef-style kitchen features a KitchenAid appliance package including a 5-burner gas range stove with a double oven. The custom dining room table can seat up to 8 people and the living room has a large designer leather sectional with additional accent seating. The open floor plan extends into the large backyard for more entertaining space.
The upstairs area has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a bonus room/flex space that can be used as an office or for sleeping. There are enough beds to sleep 12 guests and there is an option to add an airmattress which can sleep 2 additional guests.
To ensure the safety of our guests, there are security cameras located on the exterior of the property providing 24 hour surveillance. There are no cameras inside the home.
Please note that additional sheets or comforters will not be provided for the pull out bed or the air mattress unless requested by the guest.
This townhome is located near a highly forested area. Therefore it is expected that bugs and other wild-life can be encountered near the property. The property is regularly treated for bugs and other pests but it is not a perfect solution. Please note that if you see bugs in the home or wildlife in the backyard that no refunds will be given.
This townhome is located near the freeway, however, we have made additional structural changes to provide maximum soundproofing and comfortability for our guests. While these changes have reduced noise significantly, there will still be some noises from the nearby train and adjacent freeway.
