This home is a newly renovated Loft style townhouse with high ceiling and two floors. We have a king bed in master bedroom upstairs and a double queen bunk bed in guest bedroom downstairs. Both rooms have private bathroom attached to them. We also have a futon couch in the living area which can turn into a twin bed.
We poured a lot of thoughts and love into designing and renovating the place, paying attention to every little detail so that we can make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Bedroom - Each bed has new waterproof mattress protector, bedding sets and fluffy pillows.
Bathroom - New toilet seats; 100 % cotton hand towels, wash towels and shower towels. All of the shower heads are updated to Waterpik handheld massage shower heads with adjustable water pressure. We chose TRESemme 4+4 Deep Cleaning Shampoo and Puracy Natural Body wash, which is a local brand made in Austin, TX.
TV in the living room - Sharp 4k Ruku TV with complimentary Hulu account. Or you may log into your own account for other streaming services.
Board games - We tried to include all the board games we enjoy playing.
Kitchen - Has a full set of knives, dishes, mugs and condiments. Starbucks Coffee beans with coffee grinder too!
