Garbage must not be left outside due to active bears (even near the front door).
Dispose of all garbage at check-out; failure to do so will incur a $25 penalty.
During winter, the dumpster is about 60 feet from the stairs on the same side of the street. Summer dumpster maps will be provided.
Pets: All dogs must be leashed and walked beyond the parking spots for bathroom breaks.
Snow Shoveling: Guests must shovel any new snow off the balcony before accessing it for grilling or smoking.
