The only shared space is the backyard, front yard and foyer. Welcome to our inviting and stylish pet friendly retreat in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, a true "Walker's Paradise." Nestled in the vibrant and historic downtown district, our townhome offers the perfect home base for your city adventure. During your stay, you'll be able to walk 10 minutes to the yellow and blue line metro stop and ride the free trolley to nearby restaurants and shops.
When you first walk in you will enter the living room. The perfect place to relax and unwind after an eventful day. It has a luxurious queen size comfort pull-out sleeper sofa with two recliner chair makes for maximum comfort. It has a 75" Smart TV with a Roku remote and board games for your entertainment.
The hallway leads into the first bedroom on your left which has a queen size bed, 32" TV with Roku remote and closet. Across the hall is a full size bath with a tub/shower combo.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and 32" TV with Roku remote. It has a ensuite full size bathroom with a walk in shower.
Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels for your convenience. Each bedroom has a dresser and luggage rack so you can unpack comfortably. There is a pack n play for you to use during your stay.
Next is the fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee maker, provided coffee, tea kettle, pots and pans, blender, toaster, knife block, spices, baking sheet, spices, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, kitchen utensils, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and fridge. The dining room seats 6.
There is a dog basket with bowls, leash, collar, toys, treats, poo bags, and a brush and a blanket for you to use while during your stay.
The beautifully landscaped backyard has a Weber BBQ Grill and a fire pit. Table and chairs that seat four and a white bench. Designated grass turf pet area. The fenced in front yard is landscaped with pet turf and has a bench with 2 tables for seating.
The parking is directly outside the back gate along the grey wall. It is reserved so you will always have a spot!
There is a front gate that you enter and go up three steps to the front door. There is lockbox with your suite number on it with the keys inside. You will then enter the foyer and the suite 1 door is on the left. The code to the lockbox will be provided the day you check-in.
Ring Doorbell Camera: Located next to the front door. All audio recording is turned off on the device. No monitoring devices inside the home.
