New kitchen & appliances (full size front loading washer and dryer) have been constructed/installed, along with den converted to second bedroom. Furthermore, the unit has all new furniture which includes a new living room sectional sofa, new dining room set & new twinXL tempurpedic beds (which can be converted to one king bed with converter kit), dresser & night stand in the guest bedroom. The primary BR remains a king size bed with new furniture. The living room sports a 75" smart TV, the primary BR has a 65" smart TV and the guest room has a 55" smart TV. The patio/lanai has 2 outdoor recliner chairs and a new patio dining table set.
Cleaning and disinfecting our properties are highest priority and we are following all CDC guidelines.

The resort offers free WIFI inside and outside the units and wired access for your computer is also available. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access,, racquetball, pickleball, tennis, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa( Currently out of service), and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property. The picturesque grounds include walking bridges, ponds, and fountains that create a truly tropical oasis setting
