You will have the entire second level deck to yourself which will include use of your private outdoor firetable, gas grill, oversized outdoor shower, dining area overlooking the full-sized, fenced in court and all paddles, rackets and balls. You will also have access to a screened in room which contains a sink, icemaker, electric fireplace, large TV, card/checkers pub table as well as a pool table and ping pong table. The oversized outdoor shower is an event all to itself with neon lighting at night and the ability to cool off after an intense game on the court.
