Two-story, three-bedroom, two bath German home built in 1843 on the Guadalupe River! Amazing views of the Texas Hill Country. Private river access with canoe 1/2 a mile from the house via the ranch. With just a hayfield in between, it is a 10-minute walk or 1-minute drive down the private road to the river bottom.

This place is historic, and has a lot to enjoy. Peace and quiet, incredible views, and real Texas Hill Country experiences. The river spot is world class, and not your everyday Guadalupe experience. You can tube or kayak down from our property to James Kiehl Park only a couple miles down the road, or get adventurous and kayak all the way to Waring!
