Summary: Booked and prepaid, but was asked for a $100 deposit on arrival, which we weren't expecting. Booked an accessible room. The room was great, but there was no dropped kerb nearby, to access the room from the car. Proper wet room (with shower chair) and raised toilet, with grab bars, which was amazing. Room enough to get a wheelchair around. The kingsize bed was a bit high, but very comfortable. The linen was all sparkling white, and the towels were lovely and fluffy. Even the toilet roll was beautifully presented. Would have been nice to have some bottled water, but there's a coffee machine & take-out cups, which is a nice touch. All-in-all, very nice.
