The gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, and granite countertops with barstool seating for four. The expandable dining room table can comfortably seat up to 10 people.
The living room features a huge sectional sofa in front of a custom-designed wall unit, providing an elegant and well-lit space. A 65" TV and Blu-ray player add to the entertainment options. The large patio off the living room is perfect for meals or relaxation in the warm sunshine, complete with an outdoor grill. Outdoor luxury dining tables and chairs accommodate seating for 12.
The main floor master bedroom offers a King bed with a spacious master suite and double sinks. A 49" TV is provided in the master, and adjacent to the master bathroom is a laundry room with a heavy-duty washer and dryer. Another half bath is conveniently located on the main floor, across from the double-car garage.
