This setup allows everyone to have their own space while still being under the same roof. Each unit features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, a laundry room, kitchen, and a dining area. All bedrooms are located on the second floor, with a laundry room and a half bath on the first floor.
Bedroom 1 for each unit includes two rooms with a door in between. One room with a queen bed and the other with a twin. Please note that the twin rooms are only accessible through the other bedrooms.
Bedroom 2 and 3 for each unit includes a queen bed. There are a total of 6 bedrooms between the 2 units and 8 beds.
This home is centrally located and provides easy access to downtown Cleveland and Cleveland Clinic`s main campus.
Guests have access to 2 out of the 3 units. Please note that a long term tenant lives in the 3rd unit. Please keep noise down and be respectful of neighbors.

🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am
🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning.

🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
