Summary: for our 3 day trip, there were 8 of us over 3 separate hotel rooms. The staff was friendly but apparently they were short of workers getting the rooms ready by the time of check in-not all rooms ready. breakfast the following morning- all the tables were dirty. the food was good and plentiful but not enough staff to clean tables between guests. The rooms were tidy but the floors were very dirty.. it was inconsistent between our 3 rooms to get extra towels and blankets for the sleeper sofa. apparently not enough staff to get the laundry done. on a Saturday evening we took our kids to the pool. there was only one other child at 9: 00pm a staff member came out and said we had to get out of the pool. We pointed out that we were told the day before at check in verbally the pool hours were until 10p. Even though the sign said it was open till 10: 00pm we were told that they had "changed their hours". it was a Saturday night for crying out loud and only four kids in the pool. The next morning we saw a make shift paper sign saying the pool closed at 9pm. the experience -it was all together pathetic for the price that we paid our room even though it is a "suite" was very small. My parents paid the same price, had a room next to ours and had a much bigger floor plan. it's just very inconsistent altogether. that's my first time and last time staying there
