There is no need to interact with us as hosts as we are not on site, but we are happy to call, text, or chat via the airbnb app about Alaska, Anchorage, things to do, and issues, dining options, etc!
The home is located in South Addition which is one of Anchorages older and most reputable neighborhoods on the edge of downtown. Known for Art Deco or modern architecture you’ll see some of the historic part of Anchorage mixed with a modern flare! And best part is you can walk or a few minute Uber ride to almost all the fine dining and shopping!
Quick walk, bike, car ride, Uber/Lyft to most things. Plenty of parking in front of the garage and on the street for up to 4 vehicles.
10-15 minute walk to anchorage downtown; located near one of the largest trail systems in Anchorage.
Absolutely no parties. No pets.
