This is a hip, modern space with old world charm. It is on the Devilbiss Mansion property at 3015 Collingwood. It has its own address at 526 Nesslewood. Enter thru the Nesslewood gate and park next to the refuse containers. Extra cars can be parked on Nesslewood. No one has ever been ticketed on Nesslewood
The living room, dining room and kitchen are open. The space features 15, 20 foot vaulted ceilings, two sky lights and ceiling fans to keep the air conditioned space comfortable.
The space is upstairs over a garage that is rarely but sometimes opened.
In the living room area the two leather European Couches convert to full sized beds.
Simply move the seat back forward, then back to the 180 degree position
