Guests will have full access to the entire condo, including the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and private balcony. Instructions on how to access the key card will be provided in your check-in message.

Nestled in the scenic Cle Elum area, this condo offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. You'll be within close reach of local golf courses, restaurants, and outdoor activities. Nearby Roslyn and Cle Elum offer excellent dining, shops, and outdoor adventures, while the Suncadia Resort features two championship golf courses, a spa, and numerous trails to explore.
Getting Around:
The condo is located in the Suncadia Resort, just minutes from local golf courses, hiking trails, and restaurants. Driving is the best way to get around. There is plenty of free street parking available, and the area is easy to navigate by car, bike, or on foot.

✓ The condo is located in a peaceful area within the Suncadia Resort, perfect for a quiet retreat but close to amenities like golf courses and trails.
✓ Free street parking is available right outside, making it easy to come and go.
✓ The fireplace is easy to use—just flip the switch! Be sure to turn it off when not in use for safety.
✓ If you’re staying for an extended visit, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request.

SUNCADIA AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO OUR GUESTS:
✓ Access to the Trailhead Lodge pool and hot tub when it is open. Availability is not guaranteed and is managed by Trailhead Homeowners Association.
✓ Events at the Nelson Farm Preserve such as the Fall Festival, Farmer's Markets, Pop Ups, etc
✓ Ice Skating near the lodge
✓ Any of the restaurants or bars at the lodge, Swiftwater Winery or the Inn

✓ Golf (including a free par 3 area near the winery)
✓ Equipment rentals (bikes, paddleboards, etc)
Restrictions include:
- Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.
- Suncadia policies prohibit all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.
- BBQ + patio area, first come first serve.
HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS PROVIDED
* We provide a starter supply of household essentials to get you comfortably settled in. This includes dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, laundry pods or sheets, and bath products (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash).
* You’ll also find basic kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, tea, coffee, creamer, hot chocolate, and K-cups. These are provided in amounts intended to last about two to three days, depending on usage; guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed for the rest of their stay.
* For linens, we provide towels, washcloths, and hand towels for each guest, along with sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and/or blankets for each bed. For longer stays or heavier use, guests can refresh everything using the in-home washer and dryer. Please avoid overfilling the washing machine so the spin cycle works properly, and the drum is not damaged.
