2 bedroom/2.5 bath condo close to the beach - Our villa is at the front of the complex and a short walk along the beach path to the sand - close to bike paths & community pool.
Please note VRBO's "10 minute drive to the beach" is incorrect. That is to the closest public beach. Our villa is walkable to the private Shipyard beach entrance. Our villa is directly behind The Sonesta Resort.
Our condo includes a spacious living area (living, dining, eat-in kitchen, half bath) downstairs with 2 bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms, and laundry upstairs. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening happy hour on the back deck.
Your booking includes the charge for one Shipyard Gate pass. Please contact host if an additional pass is needed. The cost if $25 per pass and a maximum of 2 passes can be purchased.
The gated communal pool is open from April - October. There is no lifeguard on duty. An emergency phone is available in the gated pool area. Swim at your own risk.
