> Amplified outdoor music is not permitted.
> No glass is permitted outdoors. Designated plasticware is provided.
> No gatherings or events without prior written approval.
> No pets are permitted.
> Only registered guests may stay overnight. Daytime visitors must be approved in advance and must leave by 10:00 PM.
> The total number of guests may not exceed the approved occupancy.
> Fireplace use is limited to Duraflame logs only. Wood burning is not permitted. A limited number of logs will be provided.
> Guests must complete the required third-party verification and provide valid identification before check-in.
> Guests must comply with all applicable County of Los Angeles ordinances and regulations.
> Violations of the house rules may result in cancellation of the reservation without
refund.
SMOKING & VAPING
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors.
Any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a $250 fee and may lead to immediate termination of the stay.
