The house features a fully enclosed screened pool, 65’ boat dock with 13k boat lift, plenty of boat trailer parking, and a full sized BBQ with bar type serving area out on the dock. Additionally, there is a huge lanai around the heated pool with full dining and living room style seating as well as cozy inside pool room with big screen TV and the futon mentioned above. There is also an elevator from parking to upper floor. Immerse yourself in the enchanting atmosphere of this beautiful home.
