Queen hide-a-bed in the living room, along with 2 sitting chairs. New Dining chairs and table. Well-stocked kitchen. Master bathroom has a walk-in shower. Flat screen TV in living room and master bedroom. Comfortable very nice Kihei vacation rental. Freshly painted and updated. Families welcome!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our party of six stayed here for two weeks. We loved the location, elevator access for my parents in their 80's, the view and proximity to the beach. Overall a great experience. The property was clean upon arrival. It would have been nice to have a welcome sheet/notebook as most rentals have. We are tech-saavy, so it wasn't a problem finding the wifi info, but someone who isn't might have trouble.We found the kitchen to be somewhat lacking. Pans were severely worn out. There wasn't enough silverware (forks) for two meals. A small handful of mixing bowls that had to double as food storage. It just appeared that there was very little thought or effort put into making the kitchen comfortable to use. We have stayed in similar-priced condos with much better-equipped kitchens. We were fortunate that someone discarded a box of silverware, so that took care of that problem. We made do with the rest of the issues.The beach equipment closet was wonderful - everything we needed and more. The snorkel equipment bag had mostly broken gear in it - could use to be cleaned out. We ended up renting gear.Overall, the unit was very enjoyable, and worked well for our party of six. I would recommend it to others!
