Driving up to this estate property, you will enter through the private gate. You'll be transported to your vacation home through a pine forest-lined driveway and welcomed to an upbeat modern ranch. Upon entering you will enjoy an open floor plan and fully equipped home with gorgeous finishes and quality furniture. Every piece was procured to create that perfect blend of style and comfort.
The main level features a modern dining room with seating for eight and a chef's kitchen with all the amenities you could need. The dine-in counter bar with seating for four offers a more casual eating option or make your way out back to the spacious deck with quality outdoor dining features and a propane grill. The main level also hosts two king bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with a shared full guest bath. The primary suite features a desk and workspace if you absolutely must be productive during your stay with us.
Descending to the lower level, fall in love with the cozy warm living room with a huge picture window of the golf course views, a large flatscreen SmartTV. The lower level continues to please with a bonus wet bar, wine cellar, and patio with oversized outdoor lounge seating. This house offers spectacular views and nature walks directly of the property! The Pacific Flyway, and the marsh between the Gold Course and hazelnut field attracts lots of birds, it's a wonder for nature lovers.
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.
