Summary: The good stuff: 1. Friendly staff, 2. Clean, 3. Understanding staff, 4. Great price, 5. Awesome view. The not so great stuff: ridiculous parking rates, accessibility to public transport. Why we won’t be booking again: the different setup as opposed to a normal hotel was really difficult for my senior parents to grasp and left them very stressed. Calling the support number provided don’t help since the mailbox was full. The doors do not seem secure; they don’t lock automatically.
