Our place is nestled in the Nob Hill/Ridgecrest area, walking distance to several gorgeous parks, and minutes away from the airport, schools, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Whether you’re in town for business or pleasure, our casita is set up to give you all of the comforts of home.

*NO PARTIES: People not accounted for on your reservation are not permitted on our property. There are cameras on the exterior of the property for our protection and yours.
*NO PETS: (including ESA animals). While we love animals, we do not accept pets so we can offer an hypo-allergenic environment for all of our guests.
*This home is not suitable for children under 5. The yard is not completely fenced in, the furniture is not secured to the walls, nothing is child-proofed and we have clay walls.
*NO ILLICIT DRUGS/ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES: 420 is OK outside but if you're planning on using anything else, please do it elsewhere.
THE SPACE:
We hope you’ll find our home stylish, comfortable, functional and sparkling clean!
This home has been completely renovated from the studs up in 2018 with new plumbing, electrical, custom clay walls, and stainless steel appliances. In Sept. 2019, it was furnished with all brand new mid-century modern furniture, textiles, linens, bedding, and kitchenware.
Between all guests, the casita is professionally cleaned top to bottom (by a pro cleaner, who we pay well).
The interior and exterior are routinely sprayed with a non-toxic pesticide by a professional company. Creepy critters are a part of the ecosystem in the southwest and while we do what we can to keep them away, you are likely to encounter a bug while in Albuquerque/ABQ/Alburquirky/DukeCity/Burque/The505/Alburqueerky/Tamalewood. That said, we have not encountered bugs inside the house.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have private access to the entire house, yard, and driveway.
We have 2) bedrooms with doors 1) bedroom that has 2 sofa beds and doesn't have a door 2) full bathrooms, 3) Large Closets, a large smart TV in the living room, a smart TV in the Master bedroom, a gas fireplace, a small workstation (OK, it's a closet that we decided is a work station), and internet that works well inside the house (it's a little spotty outside at times).
There is a full kitchen, stocked with spices, oil, coffee/tea, and all the tools you would need to cook an awesome meal, a washer & dryer free of charge and detergent.
Parking is super easy! There is a long driveway that you could easily fit 2) Ford F-150s in or could accommodate a truck and a small trailer, there is also ample free street parking.
The only areas off-limits are the 3 small closets marked "PRIVATE", one is located next to the front door, one is in the front bedroom and the other is next to the laundry door. There is ample room in the remaining large 3) closets to comfortably accommodate 6 people. The garage is also not available to guests.
