This oceanfront, single-level townhome is located just 25 feet from the water, offering a front-row seat to stunning sunsets and surfers from the comfort of your lanai. While the Lahaina fire has impacted some parts of the community, this three-bedroom, two-bath unit remains a serene retreat.
Beautifully remodeled in late 2017, this townhome offers one of Puamana’s most desirable locations on the "Gold Coast," with easy access to the Dolphin Pool and beach.
Unfortunately, the historic clubhouse and some amenities were lost to the fire. Despite this, Puamana still offers a truly unique island experience and the perfect place to unwind and relax. A complete renovation of the spectacular Ocean Pool was completed in October 2025, offering guests a one-of-a-kind setting right at the water’s edge with breathtaking views of the Pacific. The Dolphin Pool is also open and available for use.
Despite these changes, this beautiful oceanfront townhome continues to provide the perfect space for creating unforgettable memories in Maui. Unfortunately, Old Lahaina Town was destroyed in the fires, but restaurants on the north end of town are still open for business.
