There is a $275 cleaning fee and a $35 additional guest fee after 2 people/night.
The home will not be shared with any other guests and the home is used exclusively as a vacation rental.
This home is not to be used to host any parties or events. We are not licenced to do so and run the risk of losing our STVR licence if we are found in violation.
