It is best to keep children from playing/being in the loft or deck when unaccompanied by an adult as they may climb and fall over the rails.There are NO child locks on doors, cabinets or toilets.

The house is located at 4,500' elevation and is susceptible to heavy snow in winters and possibly wild fires/smoke during fire season. It is recommended to get travel insurance in the case of cancellation due to natural weather events.
