Summary: Enjoyed our quick weekend getaway. We had a nice time watching the neighbors fireworks with the cows on the 4th of July. It was great to have a boat ramp close by as we spent one day on lake Texoma. The pictures of the land around the house don’t seem up to date. The land is overgrown with stickers. Looking at the pictures before we came we thought we would be able to walk around the property but were not able to due to it being overgrown. We couldn’t take our dog for a walk within the grounds due to the stickers. The AC unit on the wall above the bed started dripping water on us in the middle of the night on our first night there. The property manager was great with communication and offered to try and find someone to come look at it before our next night but we just dried the sheets and had a fan with us to dry the mattress. We kept the ac off in the bedroom the next night and with our fan it was fine. We were refunded a little of our money because of that incident. The bed was comfortable and the home is really nice. The shower is huge for such a small home. Overall we had a nice time. The property manager quickly responded anytime we contacted them and the best part has got to be hanging with the cows.
