We can NOT change the name on the Guest Certificate once we have issued it after your booking and we can NOT offer a refund/cancellation as this is through our owner's contract. Thank you for understanding. Must be 25+ Years of Age to Check-In. You will not be able to check-in without updating us with the proper documentations.

*Our accommodations contracts require us to rent from either Friday-Friday, Saturday-Saturday OR Sunday-Sunday.

* In case your stay exceeds the 7-Night Stay from the Check-In/Check-Out, there may be a room change. If your short stay goes outside the required Check-In/Check-Out dates, there may also be a room change.

Two-bedroom units will have two king beds and two sleeper sofas. ADA unit will have one king bed, one queen bed and one sleeper sofa.

Per the resort, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units are considered Oceanview. The building is an Oceanfront building, but the view is still considered Oceanview.

Unit bedding may vary.

Rentals are subject to state of Hawaii taxes and vary by unit size. The fee is approximately $29.26/day for two-bedroom units.

Separate Security Damage Deposit is collected by Hotel/Resort Property’s Management (NOT Owner/Manager or Broker), for Security Purposes. Security Deposit will be refunded from Resort Management within 30 days of the Check-Out Date from the Resort, provided NO deductions are made due to:

* ii. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or
* iii. any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
Deposit Hold is Determined by Resort, Length Of Stay AND IF there are any damages. Nothing will be charged to your card if there are No Damages. Deposit Amount Varies Per Reservation, Per Resort and Per Length of Stay. Deposit Ranges from $250-$1000 per stay. Resort Management reserves the right to update the security deposit amount without notice.
